1. Delivery Terms
Smart Wing offers delivery of air conditioner deflectors to the customer’s address or to a courier pickup point.
1.1 Free Shipping
We offer worldwide free delivery to the customer’s address via DHL express courier services.
1.2 Paid Shipping (Alternative Couriers)
If you choose delivery through another courier service, including delivery:
- to the customer’s address, or
- to a courier pickup point,
a shipping fee will apply.
The shipping cost is determined according to the official pricing of the selected courier, as published on the courier’s official website.
This fee is payable by the customer upon delivery.
1.3 Order Processing and Dispatch
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM on a business day are processed and dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM are dispatched on the next business day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Friday, as well as on weekends and public holidays, are dispatched on the first following business day.
1.4 Delivery Time
Standard express delivery time is 1–5 days, depending on the delivery location and the selected courier service.
2. Payment Methods
Smart Wing offers the following secure payment options:
2.1 Online Card Payment
- Payments are securely processed by a licensed payment service provider.
- Debit and credit cards are accepted.
- No registration or account creation is required.
- Payments are processed in real time via a secure SSL connection.
2.2 Cash on Delivery (COD) Where possible
Customers may pay for their order upon delivery:
- in cash to the courier, or
- by debit or credit card using the courier’s mobile POS terminal, where available.
3. Payment Security
All online payments are processed by a licensed payment service provider, which uses industry-standard encryption and security technologies to protect payment information.
Smart Wing does not store customers’ debit or credit card details.
