Return and Refund Policy – Smart Wing
1. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product without providing a reason.
2. Return Conditions
The product must be:
• unused and without installation marks
• undamaged
• in original packaging
• in resalable condition
3. Special Conditions – Air Conditioner Deflectors
Due to the nature of the product:
• no adhesive or installation traces are allowed
• it must not have been used on an air conditioner
• any deformation or surface change results in rejection of return
4. Return Costs
• The customer bears return shipping costs
• In case of defect or incorrect delivery – Smart Wing covers the costs
5. Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 days after receipt of the returned product.
6. Defective Products
In case of a defect:
• replacement
• repair (if applicable)
• or refund
